Arbroath smokies have been produced in Arbroath by Alex Spink & Sons since 1977. They specialise in making Arbroath Smokies in the traditional way over an oak-wood fire. The family have two successful retail outlets in Blairgowrie and Dundee, run by twin sons Norman and Andrew.

Our range of fish available in our retail stores is extensive and includes Smoked and Unsmoked Haddock, Smokies, Lemon Sole, Kippers, Smoked Mackerel, Hot Smoked Salmon and Fresh Salmon, we have easy fish recipes for each of our products. Ordering Information

We offer FREE shipping to anywhere on the UK mainland, our fresh fish is vacuum packed to ensure you receive it in the best condition. It is sent out by 1st class Royal Mail Tracked delivery, and should be with you within 2 days. If you order between Wednesday and Friday we post your order on the following Monday, if your order is placed between Saturday and Tuesday we post out on the following Wednesday. We also sell fish wholesale and can fulfil larger orders if required.

All of our products are caught from the North Sea and are prepared to the highest standards. Our Smokies and trout come in weight of no less than 450g and up to 700g. Our Smoked Salmon packs come in weight of no less than 300g and up to 500g, our Cold Smoked Salmon comes in 200gm packs.
